Way Interglobal Network LLC, a supplier of Everchill refrigerators, Greystone fireplaces and appliances, and Drive audio and entertainment systems, announced that Chris Greer is joining the company as vice president of operations.
According to a press release, Greer was most recently general manager of Innovations LLC. He brings over 20 years of product development innovation, and operational management experience. Greer’s hiring is part of Way Interglobal’s continued investments in operations, product development, and customer service, the release stated.
“Given the demand for our innovative products, our first investment priority was to find someone with both a long track record and the operational experience to manage and optimize our operations as we strive for 100% on-time delivery to our customers,” said Wayne Kaylor, Way Interglobal CEO. “Chris has that depth of experience and brings a customer’s perspective also. As a bonus he has significant product innovation, development, quality management, and testing experience to support our ongoing investment in superior and innovative product development.”
“I’ve known Wayne for over 20 years and have worked with Way Interglobal for over 10 years,” said Greer. “The company has clearly demonstrated an ability to develop innovative products and deliver them reliably to the market. I see many opportunities to help the company accelerate growth by optimizing operations, and I have a few transformative ideas I bring to the party. I’m excited to build on the company’s exceptional track record of success and innovation.”
Prior to Driven Innovations, LLC, Greer held leadership roles with Lippert Components Inc., including division general manager; director of product development, and director of sales for motorized electronics. He started his career at Jayco Inc., rising to director of engineering for all motorized and towable products. Greer holds a bachelor’s in engineering from Indiana State University and is a previous member of the RVIA electrical technical subcommittee.
