Maintaining employee personnel files is a necessity for employers, but knowing what should and should not be in a file is critical to surviving an audit by regulators. According to a press release, dealers can get the information they need from a free webinar Sept. 11 at noon ET, presented by the Mike Molino RV Learning Center in conjunction with with online marekting firm KPA.
