A free webinar next week will ask dealers: Is your service bay a workspace or a man cave? According to a press release, the answer to this question will help service managers determine if they are properly addressing workplace safety and loss control.
The webinar, set for Feb. 27 at noon EST, will encourage managers to take a look around their service areas and offer practical ideas for taking control of employee workspace to increase safety.
The webinar is provided to dealers by the Mike Molino RV Learning Center through a partnership with online marketing firm KPA. RV dealers’ participation in the free, live event helps support the Learning Center’s development of new programs. Register by clicking here.
Whether you are building a safety culture or simply worried about regulatory compliance, dealers must consider the upkeep of a technician’s workspace. KPA Engineer Zach Pucillo will take a glance at a technician’s workspace and the safety implications of the many items found in a technicians work bay, from air guns to refrigerators. Even though a technician’s tool box and items are personal belongings, the facility management team has the final say over the appearance of the dealership. This webinar will give managers the tools to take control of the work environment.
If unable to attend register and receive links to the materials for later viewing. Dealers interested in prior webinar topics will find them on the RV Learning Center’s webinar page.
