KPA, in conjunction with the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, will host a webinar on improving recruitment methods and retaining qualified employees on Thursday (March 22) from 1-2 p.m. (EDT).

According to a press release, attendees will learn:

  • How to improve recruiting.
  • Ways to wow employees during the onboarding process.
  • What to do to make the first 90 days amazing for employees.
  • How to retain great employees.

Christina Johnson, KPA’s lead human resources consultant, will lead the session. She brings 20-plus years of HR management, benefits management and consulting experience.
