Learn how dealerships and employees can benefit by having an Injury and Illness Prevention Program (I2P2) in place during a free RV Learning Center webinar, scheduled for June 11 at noon EDT. According to a press release, dealer webinars are provided by RVDA’s strategic partner KPA as part of the array of educational offerings available through the RV Learning Center.  Register online.

Most fatalities and life altering events that happen at workplaces don’t result from unknown or unpredictable circumstances, or from weird occurrences. The vast majority of these incidents are usually run-of-the-mill, including incidents such as distracted driving, falls, and accidental contact with objects and equipment. Most of these accidents are preventable, and that’s where an Injury and Illness Prevention Program comes into play.

Join KPA expert Lori Matthews as she examines the Injury and Illness Prevention Programs, including how to develop your own plan. She will discuss the ins and outs of I2P2, why I2P2 is important for your business, and how it saves money and streamlines processes.

If dealers are unable to attend at the scheduled time or want specific employees to experience this webinar at another time, dealers can register anyway and receive links to the materials for later viewing. Dealers interested in prior webinar topics will find them on the RV Learning Center’s webinar page.  On this page dealership personnel can access the recorded webinar to learn more about important topics including the Family and Medical Leave Act, Nontraditional Recruitment Strategies for Dealership Hiring, and much more.
