According to a press release, WFR Passport enables a seamless connection, eliminating the need to log in at many of the nation’s parks, and automatically locating the fastest connection offered at the venue.

“WiFiRangers are the consumer side solution to our rich technology stack that has been implemented during our 13 years of delivering solutions to the RV park and RV owner markets,” explained WiFiRanger CEO Kelly Hogan. “This latest improvement tightens the connection even further, and gives WiFiRanger owners faster and simpler connections at the vast number of parks utilizing our technology. WFR Passport will be included the the 7.0.6 Phantom Firmware release scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2017, and will be free to all owners of WiFiRangers. It will immediately operate at the hundreds of private and state parks utilizing national integrators including TengoInternet and other private branded venues.

Future versions of the WFR Passport service will include additional subscription-based services for the WiFiRanger owner, including discounted and free access to premium bandwidth options, unlimited SafeSurf VPN services, unlimited CloudIR access to in RV devices, and exclusive access to select access points in parks specifically for high bandwidth streaming services.
