The national Recreation Vehicle Dealers Associatio Will I Ever Get Back With My Ex I Still Love n (RVDA) will honor six RV manufacturers with its Quality Circle Award during the National RV Trade Show in Louisville Nov. 27-29.

The award is presented to the top performers in the RVDA’s annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.

Now in its eighth year, RV dealers use the DSI survey to rate manufacturers’ performance in four major categories: sales support; product competitiveness; service and warranty support; and management. Manufacturers with DSI ratings of 80 points or higher that receive 15 or more dealer evaluations qualify for the Quality Circle Award.

Manufacturers receiving 2001 awards are (in alphabetical order): Carriage; K-Z, Inc.; Lance; Newmar; Sunline; and Winnebago Industries.

Country Coach qualified for special recognition for a high score with fewer than 15 evaluations.

The complete DSI report will be available at the Louisville Show and in the December issue of RV Executive Today magazine, which is published by the RVDA.

“Dealers recognize these companies as partners, which is necessary in a healthy business relationship,” said RVDA Chairman Craig Jensen of Blaine Jensen & Sons in Kaysville, UT. “The Quality Circle manufacturers are companies that provide good products and work with the dealer to keep customers satisfied after the sale.”
