Winnebago Industries Inc. said in a regulatory filing Friday (Sept. 19) that it entered into an agreement for a two-year, $25 million revolving credit facility.
The Associated Press reported that no borrowings have been made under the facility, the Forest City, Iowa-based motorhome builder said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Winnebago said the facility, provided by Wells Fargo Bank N.A., gives it greater financial flexibility and will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
