unnamedWinnebago Industries Inc. received notification that the company earned the prestigious Quality Circle Award from the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA).  According to a press release, the award is scheduled to be presented at a ceremony conducted at RVDA’s Dealer Reception prior to the National RV Trade Show on Dec. 1 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville, Ky.

“We wish to thank our outstanding dealer partners for the confidence they have shown in Winnebago,” said Winnebago Industries’ CEO and President Randy Potts. “We truly believe we have the best dealer network in the industry and greatly appreciate their continued support.  We are also extremely proud to have received this award every year since 1996. The survey results provide us with an opportunity to continue to review our products, programs and service to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.”

Winnebago was recognized as a Quality Circle Award winner based on overall dealer satisfaction for all of the company’s motorized brands as measured in the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey conducted by RVDA and is the only manufacturer to have received the award every year since 1996.To receive the award, the manufacturer must receive at least 15 dealer responses and score 80% or above in overall dealer satisfaction in the survey.

RVDA created the DSI as a tool to help improve communication and the overall relationships with their manufacturers.  The survey measures dealer attitudes in key policy, product, and procedure areas that dealers say are the most important elements in their business partnerships with manufacturers.

“I also want to thank our employees for their hard work to build high quality products, while providing world-class programs and services to our dealer partners. Our current product lineup is the best in our company’s history and we plan to continue to deliver innovative and high quality products, service and support to the industry for both our dealer partners and retail customers.”
