Winnebago Industries Inc. introduced two new full-featured, entry-level priced Class A motorhomes and two new Class C motorhome brands during its Dealer Days gathering that will end today (Aug. 8) in Las Vegas.

The new Class A’s are the Winnebago Sightseer and Itasca Sunova, which the company describes as “economy class, widebody, basement style” models available in 27- and 30-foot lengths. Retail prices will be in the low-to-mid $60,000-range for a typically equipped model.

The Sightseer and Sunova 27C models “feature a unique dinette/refrigerator and pantry slideout,” while the 30B models have a dinette/couch slideout.

The 27C models are built on the 14,800-pound gross vehicle weight rated (gvwr) Workhorse chassis while the 30B models come standard on the Ford 18,000-pound gvwr chassis, with the Workhorse 18,000-pound gvwr chassis available as an option.

Meanwhile, the new Class C models are the Winnebago Vista and Itasca Sunstar. They are the only U.S.-built motorhomes that come on the front-wheel drive 7,275-pound gvwr Volkswagen chassis.

The new Class C’s are easily maneuverable and “provide a multitude of sleeping areas, a full galley and a bathroom area with wardrobe in a compact 21-foot size,” according to Winnebago.
