Women in the Trailer Industry Seminar Returns to NATDA

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – At the NATDA show in Nashville on Tuesday, the 4th annual Women in the Trailer Industry seminar took place. Sarah Clements-Hey, president of Bob Clements International, led the seminar in front of more than 60 women. The seminar focused on success boundaries, and hard seasons.

At round table discussions, women discuss the definition of success, and if the version of success they had been chasing was true for them or a success defined by somebody else.

Clements-Hey also asked them to discuss boundaries around work and personal life, and if their work reflected the tasks they had been hired to do. The boundaries section focused on self, family, job and the business as a whole.

Using the Menti app, women responded to what hard seasons they had been through and what invisible loads they might have been carrying while trying to maintain work-life balance. The most popular response suggested that the role of “being the fixer” contributed to stress.

Women in the Trailer Industry (WITI) encouraged involvement from across the trailer industry. Those interested in participating or learning more about future events are encouraged to reach out to Leanna Koerner via email at leanna@natda.org
