RVing in New England will host Workamper News President Steve Anderson during tonight’s webcast at 7 p.m. (EDT).

Anderson and his wife, Kathy Jo, purchased Workamper News in 2005. Prior to owning Workamper News, hewas the HR Director at Adventureland Amusement Park in Altoona, Iowa. During his 15-year tenure he developed one of the larger, more successful Workamper programs in the U.S.

Over the years, Anderson personally conducted well over 11,000 Workamper interviews and hired over 6,000. Over the past 10 years, Anderson has developed numerous new programs and continues to be an advocate for education, which stems from his seven years of teaching high school right out of college.

Some of his latest developmentsare the RVing Lifestyle Ambassador Program and the Small Biz RVer School. In partnership with Terry Cooper, the “Texas RV Professor,” Anderson helped to develop RV maintenance education programs and the National RV Inspectors Association.

These ventures took Anderson and Kathy Jo across America in their motorhome over three years promoting RV maintenance education, RV inspections, and workamping.
