Workhorse Custom Chassis LLC continues to add to the company’s national network of authorized service centers, providing RVers with one-stop coach and chassis maintenance and repair.
According to a press release, the Union City, Ind., chassis supplier currently has 125 service outlets for its R Series diesel chassis, with more being added each month, and 557 gasoline chassis service centers in the United States and Canada.
Workhorse supports these service centers with a team of 10 field representatives. The company also has developed more opportunities for technician training through Internet-assisted instruction, supplementing Workhorse’s on-site training.
In addition, Workhorse offers 24-hour emergency parts service through its new parts warehouse in Reno, Nev., along with the company’s West Chicago, Ill., parts outlet.
“Workhorse has developed a number of outstanding new platforms for the motorhome buyer,” said Charles Christy, national service manager for Workhorse. “We want RV dealers and customers to know that we’re just as serious about supporting outstanding customer service. Since our beginning, we’ve continuously worked at developing more and better service options for RVers.”
