F&I Administrator PCMI Intros Digital Lite Menu for ‘PresentNow’

Purpose-built for RV, Powersports, Personal Watercraft & Specialty Vehicle sales, PresentNow connects accurate rating with a simpler digital F&I selling experience

PCMI, a leading provider of administration software for the F&I product industry, announced new digital lite menu capabilities for PresentNow, a module of the PCRS Administration platform. The update gives specialty dealers a simpler way to turn accurate rates into customer-ready F&I presentations and contracts.

Specialty vehicles often don’t fit traditional automotive VIN and data processes, leaving dealers to rely on inconsistent vehicle data that can lead to inaccurate or missing rates. PresentNow was built around a robust specialty vehicle data set designed specifically for RV, Powersports, Personal Watercraft, and other non-VIN sales, helping deliver more consistent and accurate rating. New digital menu capabilities extend that experience, allowing dealers to build product packages, present options to customers, capture their selection, and move into contracting within the same workflow.

“Specialty dealers have been underserved by F&I technology built around traditional automotive transactions. PresentNow was built differently, combining robust specialty vehicle data and rating with a simple, flexible way to package, present, and contract products in the same experience,” said David Cartagena, Chief Product Officer at PCMI.

Built Around the Specialty F&I Sale

PresentNow’s lite menu gives dealers the flexibility to configure the selling experience around different vehicles, products, and dealership needs.

New presentation capabilities include:

  • Rate specialty vehicles accurately: Use specialty vehicle data built for RV, Powersports, Personal Watercraft, and other non-VIN sales to generate more consistent and accurate rates.
  • Build packages that fit the sale: Create default product packages and adjust them as the customer conversation evolves.
  • Present options clearly: Give customers a digital view of product packages and payment or financing options.
  • Control the selling experience: Configure markups, packs, product defaults, descriptions, and presentation settings at the dealer level.
  • Capture the customer’s decision: Record package selections or digital declinations within the workflow.
  • Move directly into contracting: Carry the selected products from presentation into the contracting process.

With these expanded capabilities, PresentNow gives dealers and TPAs a more connected way to sell F&I products across specialty vehicle markets.
